Return:
Upon receipt of your AquaBlock fish tank please note to your delivery person if there is any damage to the packing carton, If there are any leaks or glass cracks in your Betta fish tanks or aquariums, we will replace them free of charge.

Care:
AquaBlock will not assume any responsibility for any pet or anything inserted in the AquaBlock, since care (maintenance) is the responsibility of owner.

Does the AquaBlock come with a Betta Fish?
Yes, we can supply Betta Fish for an additional $4.95. Please note, we cannot guarantee the life of the fish.

How long does it take to receive my AquaBlock?
You can expect your AquaBlock within 2-5 business days.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship our fish tanks and small aquariums to the continental United States.

Shipping Discounts:
If you order more than three AquaBlocks to the same location your shipping charges for each AquaBlock will be $3.50.

Do you put the background sticker on the AquaBlock?
Yes, we will apply the background sticker to your AquaBlock.

My color scheme is correct, but it doesn't look like the example on your web site. Is this correct?
This is correct. Being each AquaBlock is unique, individually hand-made, and no two will look alike, our web site examples cannot be replicated exactly.
